Carol Sue Dexter, 81, of Shiocton, Wisconsin, passed away on April 26, 2020 at Little Chute Health Care Facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin, after being a resident there for a very short period of time. Prior to being at Little Chute Health services, she had been living with her daughter Vickie (Chris) Abel for the past twelve years in Shiocton, Wisconsin. She was born on December 14, 1938 in Malin, Oregon, the daughter of Theron and Grace Hiatt Dexter. Carol served in the U.S. Army and worked as a nurse's aide at area nursing homes and for the Golden Eagle Casino. Survivors include a daughter, Vickie (Chris) Abel of Shiocton, Wisconsin and Therese (David) Field of Savannah, Missouri; son, Stanley Potter of Sulphur, Louisiana; a sister, Ruth Meyers of Horton, Kansas; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Carl Wiggins, son, Kenny Evener, two brothers, Wayne Dexter and Butch Dexter. The family will greet friends from 1 to 3:00 P.M. on Friday, July 3, 2020 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
