Diana L. (Richard) DeWulf, 69, of Horton, Kansas passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026, at the Holton Health Care Center in in Holton, Kansas. Diana was born December 29, 1956, in Horton, KS. She was the third of four daughters born to Henry (Bud)and Eula Jean (Linneman) Richard. Diana lived many years in Colorado and Texas before returning to Horton to be near her family. She worked at several restaurants before opening her own and operating Diana’s Steakhouse and the Corner Cafe restaurant in Horton for many years She loved her customers and always enjoyed visiting with them. Diana loved spending time with her family in her spare time. She is survived by her son, Justin (Karen) Ferney of Horton, Kansas, her sister’s, Judy (Tom) Torkelson, of Everest, Kansas and Myra (Steve) Lemon of Horton, Kansas, her grandchildren Brian and Justice Ferney of Horton, Kansas along with many nieces and nephews. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, sister, Wilma Carlson and two nephews Brandon and Adam Carlson. The family is planning on having a private family service.
