Douglas Keith Bradberry, 68, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, passed away on June 9, 2017 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Doug was born on September 23, 1948 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was the oldest of three children born to Joseph Keith and Edna Marie (Davis) Bradberry. Doug graduated from Horton High School in 1967. He served with the Horton Army National Guard and was honorably discharged before going to Vietnam due to his health. Shortly there after he moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma and worked for Furrow Nursery. He then went to work for OG & E for over 30 years. He was married to Connie Groom and they had 3 children. They were later divorced. He is survived by wife, Leona Westbrook of Guthrie; son, Scott (Liz) Bradberry of Denton, Texas; two sisters, Glenda (Allan) Williams of Vermilion, Kansas and Cindy (Larry) Thornton of Whiting, Kansas; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, Troy Bradberry and a daughter, Tessa Nasalroad. Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. Memorials may be made to Neighbor Solutions, 2003 W. Warner Ave., Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
