Franklin Gene Hoskins, 47, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2012 at a Albuquerque Hospital. He was born on May 4, 1965 in Atchison, Kansas the son of Oscar and Shirley Walker Hoskins. Franklin worked at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a Office Assistant. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Hoskins of Horton, Kansas; grandmother, Loretta Walker of Horton, Kansas; son, Kyle A. Hoskins of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two brothers, James E. Hoskins of Topeka, Kansas and Mike Hoskins of Mayetta, Kansas; two sisters, Kimberly Hoskins of Kansas City, Kansas and Brenda Rivera of Lawrence, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Hoskins. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas where the family will greet friends 1 hour prior to services.
