Patricia Lea "Neesh-Pat" Scanlon of Phoenix, Arizona passed away February 3, 2011. She was born on September 18, 1963 in Independence, Missouri the daughter of Kenneth and Itis McKinney Milton. Patricia was a member of the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas. As per her request Patricia is being brought home to the reservation in Kansas and given drum services and burial. There will be a family visitation and supper at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, April 6, 2012 at the Kickapoo Community Building. Patricia will be laid to rest at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the Kennekuk Cemetery. Patricia was preceded in death by her father Kenneth H. Milton Sr. Survivors include two children, Jeff and Jennifer Scanlon of Tyrone, North Carolina; her mother, Itis Milton of Horton, Kansas; one sister, Elizabeth Likens of Phoenix, Arizona and four brothers, Kenneth Milton Jr. and William Milton both of Horton, Kansas, Les Milton of Phoenix, Arizona and Dennis Milton of Prescott, Arizona; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
