Terry J. Woodruff, 57, of Emmett, Kansas, formerly of Horton, Kansas, passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at the St. Mary's Health Center in St. Mary's, Kansas. He was born on September 22, 1953 in Horton, Kansas the son of Woody & Gladys Hawley Woodruff. Terry worked with a tree trimming service in Kansas City. Survivors include a son, Benjamin Woodruff of Kansas City, Missouri; four brothers, Benny Potts of Hoyt, Kansas, Jim Potts of Mayetta, Kansas, B.J. Darnall of Mayetta, Kansas and Jeffery Jeanotte of Phoenix, Arizona; seven sisters, Alice Potts of Hoyt, Kansas, Rose Potts of Mayetta, Kansas, Micki Martinez of Topeka, Kansas, Ruth Freeman of Sedan, Kansas, Teresa Moore of Chautauqua, Kansas, Lola Wilson of Horton, Kansas and Loretta Cashman of Kansas City, Missouri and numerous nieces and nephews. Kennekuk Church services will be at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Kickapoo Community Building. Burial will be on Thursday morning at the Kennekuk Cemetery.
